Join The Philly "I AM" Program

To be eligible, please complete the attached application form with your child.  There are limited slots available, your child must also complete a brief application letter (about 250 words). In this letter, your child must explain why they are interested in participating in the program and what they hope to gain from the experience. Also, 1 teacher recommendation is required. Only applications with an accompanying student letter, recommendation, and all other required documents will be considered – please see the next page for a full list.
